Effort Based Model

We recommend this model when the project is in the initial stage and the scope of work is not well defined. When the application design is not freezed and there are chances of additions and enhancements during the course of development of the application. An hourly fee is agreed upon mutually and the cost is determined by amount of time and resources used. The client may revise the team size at any point of time during the course of the project hence optimizing the cost and delivery time as per the client’s requirements.

Fixed Price Model

Projects which have pre defined scope of work are best suited for this model. Our experts evaluate the requirements, project schedule and time-to-market. We work with our clients to determine the deliverables to arrive at a mutually agreeable cost. This is a low risk model for the clients.

Off-shoring Model

Mansoft Technologies provides Application Production Off-shoring facilities. Our clients can have their own dedicated development team at our state of the art development centre by picking experts from our pool of talented professionals.

We recommend this to our clients who have multiple projects in the pipeline but do not have either the Technical Experts or their other business activities constrict them from executing these projects. We provide a dedicated team to the project and the billing is done on a man hour basis. The dedicated team members are virtual employees of the client and the client can get his projects executed as per the requirements at our state of the art development centre. Mansoft Technologies provides Human Resources Outsourcing facilities. Our clients can pick experts from our pool of talented professionals to be deployed at their facility. Outsourcing model advantages:
• Enables our clients to get experts in various technologies and verticals at short notice.
• Our client’s overheads of a Human Resource management and maintenance are minimized.
• Once the project is completed there will be no further cost of the resource maintenance for our clients.
• The resource that was deployed shall be available at the disposal of our client if in future any enhancement of maintenance of the project needs to be done.
